Even as a young girl I always loved makeup, I was one of your typical girly girls who couldn’t wait to grow up and be able to wear makeup every day. As I got older, into the later years of high school I realised this could actually be something I make a career out of.

I decided to take the co-op program in the 1st semester of grade 12, where I was able to pick a job placement in a field I was interested in. Knowing that I wanted to focus on makeup I found a salon which specialised in makeup, specifically bridal, and started working with them 5 days a week. I even gave up my Saturday mornings to work at the salon, where I could get a real taste of what it was like to be included in a bride’s morning. I LOVED it and I knew this was something I wanted to pursue so I enrolled for the Yorkville School of Makeup Arts Professional Makeup Program starting the fall after graduating high school. I completed my schooling the following June 2010 and had earned my certificate for Professional Makeup Artistry.

Since graduating I have found my niche in the bridal makeup world and have focused on creating a honest and professional business that brides can rely on.  I absolutely love being a part of such a special day and being able to meet so many different people along the way.

I believe that each person is unique in their own way and your makeup should be a reflection of that!
